BABA is a 24 year old minimal deep tech producer from New York City.

Before ever touching a synthesizer, BABA spent eight years playing in an indie surf rock band. He began playing piano at five, picked up guitar at twelve, then taught himself electronic music production entirely from scratch.

The result is a deeply personal sound that bridges live instrumentation, songwriting, and club culture. His records have earned support from some of the scene's most respected names, including Vintage Culture, Michael Bibi, &ME, Dennis Cruz, Adam Ten, AYYBO, Silva Bumpa, and Yamagucci.

With label releases forthcoming and additional industry interest continuing to build, BABA enters 2026 as one of the more exciting emerging names in the space.
